Because we want you to make the most of your skiing and boarding in this magnificent ski area, we employ our own Ski Buddy team. These experienced Big Chalet specialists are in charge of all skiing/boarding matters. They will have full details of any ski/board equipment you have pre-ordered and will ensure delivery. They will make certain you find your way to your lessons and,whatever your level of proficiency, our Ski Buddies will show you around the slopes and introduce you to the area, including the best slopes, views for your snaps, best mountain restaurants and bars.
Remember, this is in no way a substitute for ski lessons. Ski Buddies are not qualified local guides and will not ski with anyone off the marked runs. The safety of Big Chalet guests is of paramount importance, so Ski Buddy activities only take place when the weather and snow conditions permit, and anyone joining must accept full responsibility for themselves and their skiing ability.
